Technology Managing People – the legal implications

On Thursday 25 March 2021, the Trades Union Congress (TUC) published a legal opinion by Robin Allen QC and Dee Masters called “Technology Managing People – the legal implications“. A detailed blog concerning the report has also been published here. This Report complemented the TUC’s Report on the research carried out by the TUC into the Worker Experience in the UK and together they have formed the basis for the TUC’s Manifesto on Dignity at work and the AI revolution in relation to the use of new technology in the workplace.
